02. Does Stark MF provide technical support?
Yes, we provide remote technical assistance and, depending on the project, on-site supervision to ensure correct sizing and installation.
03. Do you serve clients outside the U.S.?
Absolutely, we ship and support projects internationally.

Product Type

01. What is the difference between silo types?
- Container silos: easy transport and fast setup.

- Trailer silos: mobility for temporary projects.

- Bolted silos: large capacity and long-term storage.
02. Can the Big Bag Breaker unload into a bulk trailer?
Yes, it can discharge into Cement Bulk Trailers when used with a Cement Blower.
03. Is the Cement Blower mandatory for silos?
Not always, but we recommend it for a safe and efficient pneumatic transfer.

Ordering & Delivery

01. What is the delivery time for the equipment?
Depending on the model and stock availability, the lead time from the U.S. is 4–8 weeks.
02. How are the systems shipped?
From the U.S., silos and modules are shipped in containers; blowers and breakers are shipped on reinforced pallets.
03. Do you provide on-site installation?
Yes, we offer remote support and optional on-site installation under international coordination.

01. Do Stark MF systems include warranty?
Yes, all equipment comes with a manufacturer’s warranty against defects.
02. What maintenance is required?
Mainly seal inspection, lubrication of moving parts, and dust control at operating points.
03. Where can I get spare parts?
Original spare parts are shipped directly from the United States worldwide.
